  1. Registration with stay*:

    • Luxury accommodation: Rs.8,500/- per delegate (all inclusive)
      on triple-sharing basis only,  in a 5-star hotel.

    • Standard accommodation: Rs.7,500/- per delegate (all inclusive)
      on twin-sharing basis only, in a nearby hotel.

  2. Registration without stay**:

    • Conference-Only Registration: Rs.2,500/- per delegate. No stay included.
*All charges inclusive of taxes.
   Registration includes – stay with tea/coffee, breakfast and lunch on all days of the stay,
   conference kit containing notebook, pen, badge, lanyard and T-shirt.
   That’s not all – invitation to the Cultural Night and Bollywood ZOD! Nite events.

**Conference-only registration includes everything mentioned above, except breakfast with accommodation.

Please mention the payment details in your mail to us.

Registration will be confirmed on full receipt of the payment.

* All charges are inclusive of taxes.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. CANCELLATIONS - On all registration packages, conference fee of Rs. 2,500/- is not refundable, in the event of cancellation at any time.

  2. REFUNDS - Refunds are applicable only for registrations with stay. That is,
    - For cancellations before 30 October 2010, accommodation charges will be refunded.
    - For cancellations from 1 November – 10 November 2010, only 50% accommodation charges will be refunded.
    - For cancellations beyond 10 November 2010, no accommodation charges will be refunded.
  1. TRANSFERS - If you realise that you cannot attend the event, you may transfer your registration to another person. However, the new delegate must register again by paying the Conference fee of Rs. 2,500/-. The accommodation charges will be transferred to the new delegate’s registration.

PLEASE NOTE
  1. Confirmations will be issued only after receiving full fees.
  2. All refunds will be settled post the event, by 10 December 2010.
  3. Registration transfers are applicable only up to Friday, 30 October 2010.
  4. No registration transfer available for Conference Only registration package.
